Charlene Watters, a Director of Complete Migration Solutions has over 20 years business expertise.
Her diverse range of skills ensures clients receive a 1st class service every time.
Charlene is responsible for the monitoring services of each business undertaken by CMS. The researching
and sourcing of all relevant business and market information, the generation of reports, documentation and
supervision of all procedures required to produce the final review.
Selling the concept initiated by CMS and converting potential contacts to actual clients by revamping CV’s,
finding employer sponsors, helping with relocation issues including acquisition and selling of commercial and
residencial real estate. Identifying possible areas of expansion and new business is a her area of expertise
and will include participation in overseas Migration Expo’s.
Charlene is responsible for the review of marketing forums, conferences exhibitions, seminars and any other
possible areas with which to market the total product of CMS.

Rana Hayat
Rana Hayat, is a dedicated processor and an articulate administrator.
Working within the migration arena from the year 2000 gives Rana the edge when it comes to dealing with the processing of complex applications. With a Bachelor of Psychology she is capable of analysing and dissecting every area of the migration process which ensures that each client gains her utmost attention. Her main responsibility is to prepare, collate, input data & submit valid applications to the appropriate Governmental Departments. Her role requires excellent computer skills, confidentiality, research skills, liaising with clients and ensuring their files are kept current and they are informed every step of the way.
Rana is familiar with all visa categories, is a multi-skilled individual who is very thorough in her work.
