Business Skills Visa Categories
In order to attract people with business skills and demonstrated experience/knowledge in this area, there are 4 different types of visa in the Business Skills Category. They are:
  • Business Owner Provisional [Subclass 160]
  • Senior Executive Provisional [Subclass 161]
  • Investor Provisional [Subclass162]
  • Business Talent - identified by the government [Subclass 132]
State & Territory Sponsorship

Each State/Territory Government also has requirements and offers sponsorship in each of the categories above; in general all of the turnover/Asset requirements are less and the age requirement is less than 55 unless you can demonstrate exceptional economic benefit to your chosen State.
